Now that it’s Summer and it’s pretty flat most of the time, I’m thinking of embarking on a training program to raise my fitness levels for the Autumn/Winter. Any ideas or tips?

I am a huge Black Francis fan by the way. I will just share something with you syd I think you might like to hear it I think you are the kind of person that might appreciate something like this. Your just that kind of cool person.
As a musician I left the metal scene here in phoenix AZ in 1993 for a little while a hiatus if you will. I wanted to do something different so I did this little acoustic alternative project. I knew this DJ who ran a gothic club out here several actually over a period of time. He was a very popular DJ his name was DJ Randall. It was such a fluke this was but I started to work with his mother at Scottsdale memorial hospital and we got to be friends. Frank Black came here to perform for his first solo album (I love the song Los Angeles on that record) release and he got booked at that club it was called The Grind formally called Paradox. Randalls mom talked to him about my new thing and he hooked me up as the opening act for Frank Black. It was so awesome I had a blast. Frank is such an upbeat cool funny guy FULL OF LIFE. I would also do some open mics at Long Wongs with Doug Hopkins formally of The Gin Blossoms he was the main composer for them. He passed away but that’s a whole other story lol. Good Times! Anyway that project never went too far LOL!!! But it was fun

When unsing my nokia n97 on the internet, i use mobile contract to surf, however if it latches on to wlan too then i get script errors, so have to go to settings and disconnect the wlan! Its annoying when im travelling around as i have to do this a lot

I used to play and adventure game that I’m sure was either called Corporation, or Co-operation. Quite similar to Jinxter, but less crazy. It was non-animated, just North, Left, Open, talk, etc…
I’ve searched these titles to no avail. (It’s not the futuristic game)
The game starts you off in an Office block, where I’m sure you can end up getting fired.
I don’t remember much else, except that I always ended up getting ran over on the roads outside my office.
When you got hit, you would end up in hospital, with a huge cartoon mural above your bed.
I remember that a picture of Dumbo (disney elephant) was on this mural.
Other locations I remember was a park with either an archway, or bandstand in it, and there was maybe a car park below the office.
I think it was set in America, as the roads were something like “Xth East street”, or “Xth Main street”. (Maybe)
If anyone can help confirm the name and maybe the name of a pack with this on, it would be great.

A friend of mine would like to be a diver and surfer but she once drowned and has been scared of going to the sea eversince,how can she face her fear so that she can take her surfing&diving lessons?

i have a slow internet connection, is there a way i can prevent my browser from loading pictures and just load the text? i tried using the options thing in explorer(show pictures box) but its still slow, please help if you know a btter way, thanx

and should it have been PG 13 cause it had more violence and language and action and a scene where sue was naked but it didnt show eneything.
