Are There Any Overnight Surf Camps In The United States This Winter Or Spring Break?

Your best bet would be Hawaii. Pacific is too cold for most people and the Atlantic is warmer but too unpredictable. Gulf sucks.
You’d have a better chance in Costa Rica, and less expensive than Hawaii.
